The Tour de Whatcom bike ride returns to Whatcom County in Washington State on July 21, 2018.
The Tour de Whatcom is a family-friendly bike ride in Whatcom Country Washington that takes offers some of the best views in the Pacific Northwest. You get to see everything from Mt Baker and Lake Whatcom to lush farmland, beaches and Puget Sound. There are different lengths of rides that participants can take including 22, 44, 62 and 100 miles (35, 70, 100 & 160 kms) and all culminate at the Boundary Bay Brewery for the post-ride party.
Each rider will receive a t-shirt, commemorative pint class with a beverage (beer or non-alcoholic) and there will be raffle prizes from local businesses given out between 2-4pm at the after party.
Registration costs between US$45 to US$75 depending on what length you ride and it’s $110 for a family team on any ride. Participants are encouraged to register online beforehand as there will be a $10 surcharge added to the cost the day of the event.
